You don't need to have an appointment with me to register for the summer. Your access to the scheduling assistant is below. You will need your PIN (remember pin for summer is the same as your pin for spring... look for your SPRING pin)

Withdrawing from summer modules

International students taking courses in the summer-Note that summer registration is not required to maintain your legal status if you were full time in the previous spring semester and you will be full time in the subsequent fall semester in the same academic program. 
If the student was registered for the spring and is also registered to the fall, the summer is considered their “vacation time” so they can take courses online (even if that is the only course they are taking).
